HPLC-ECD couplingHPLC with ECD and UV-VIS detection is an excellent method for the separation and detection of chiral compounds. The flow cell attachment allows the ECD spectrometer to be used as a chiral HPLC detector. An ECD chromatogram can be obtained at a fixed wavelength by setting the cell in the sample chamber, and then introducing an eluent from an external HPLC.

HPLC-OR coupling Optical rotation (OR) detector can be exceedingly useful for the detection and analysis of various chiral molecules. It also provides a rapid and efficient way to validate enantiomeric/chiral separations.

Peltier type cell holder Single cell holder (with fluorescence capability) for up to 10 mm pathlength rectangular cells permits temperature control. Unit is controlled via software or the supplied temperature controller. Temperature sensing is by an integrated IC temperature sensor within the cell block or platinum resistance temperature sensor placed into the cell block or sample cell.
