ELECTRONIC CIRCULAR DICHROISM SPECTROSCOPY (ECD)
Analytical capabilities
- Electronic circular dichroism measurements in solution, in nujol or in a solid state (KCl, KBr or CsI pellets) within the 163 nm to 1100 nm spectral range;

Solid-state measurements in reflectance and transmittance circular dichroism
(DRCD/DTCD) mode;

Measurements of fluorescence detected circular dichroism (FDCD) at the
constant temperature within the -10 °C to +110 °C temperature range with an
accuracy of ± 0.1 °C;

Titration measurement with the ECD/UV-VIS and fluorescence detection
(at the constant temperature);

Linear dichroism spectroscopy (LD);

HPLC separations with ECD (or OR) and UV-VIS (or RI) detection;
- Measurements within the 50 °C to -196 °C temperature range, with ±0.1 °C stability and accuracy;
- Measurements within the 25 °C to 250 °C temperature range, with ±1 °C stability and accuracy;
- ECD kinetics measurements at the constant temperature within pre-assigned spectral range or at the selected wavelength.

ULTRAVIOLET-VISIBLE AND NEAR-INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY (UV-VIS-NIR)
Analytical capabilities
- Qualitative and quantitative measurements within 190 to 2700 nm (standard 190-900 nm) spectral range in solution, in nujol and in solid state (KCl, KBr or CsI pellet);
- Measurements for solid state (powder, paste, thin film) and liquid samples, using integrating sphere attachement for both the

INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY (IR)
Analytical capabilities
- Qualitative and quantitative IR spectroscopy in 7800 to 350 cm-1 (standard 4000-400 cm-1)
spectral range for samples in form of a solution-deposited thin-film, a liquid
thin-film, a solution (IR cell), a nujol mull or KBr pellet.
- Reflectance IR spectroscopy for liquid or solid samples using ATR accessory with diamond or zinc selenide crystal.
